F4R Intake port dimensions

The Renault manual seems to go into little detail on the F4R engine. Its a long shot but does anyone know the exact dimensions of the actual intake ports on the F4R cylinder head? The actual ports that the plenum bolts to? Also any details on the stud pattern?
Anyone have any renault reference material on this?
