why bother? go to the website, hit bookmark and set on homescreen, as good as any stupid app!

Cheers Revels, was asking on behalf of my sister, she likes the fact that on her iphone she can just hit the facebook logo and thats it..which I can kinda understand.

Open Safari.
www.facebook.com.
Log in.
Press the litte + sign at the bottom.
'Add to Homescreen'

Then she'll have a button that takes her direct.

You cant use FB Chat on the iPad with Safari, if you download a browser called Atomic Web you can!
