Fairy power spray on paintwork?

To get ingrained baked on brake dust off...any good?

Or will I damage my immaculate paintwork?

It's very acidic so it may harm the paint.

Not so bad on alloys if you use plenty of water though!

Very alkaline i'd imagine not acidic

yes those sorts of cleaning products are extreme alkalines not acids (As level chemistry ftw!!!!)

Will probably dull the finish, you could always polish it after

I used it on the back of my wheels when first got the car last year. Did an excellent job, but as Rich said, it did dull the finish. Nothing SRP couldn't sort though!
