Reet its very old but does anybody else have terrible LAG whilst playing point lookout or if theres an update ill get if i put fallout on?

Sometimes I do yes, especially when there is loads of those ghouls running at me, incidently I'm getting killed loads on point lookout! I completed the main game but only seem to be level 19...I think that's why I'm getting killed lots
