Hi wondering if anyone can help and tell me how you can put 2 jpg's together to create one picture. I have a pic of each of our cats, but none together and my girlfirend wants a pic of them both for her work screensaver. Any idea how to merge the 2 together?
open both images together...
Click the 1 you want to move...hit V then physically drag it onto the 2nd image.
Once on top select the eraser tool and rub away what you don't want.
im thinking your after taking a sunset/landscape pic and using both to get a better effect.
Open PS. make sure both images are over each other, and then experiment a bit, in the layers tab, right click the top layer, and select bending options, turn down the capacity. Try doing the other one as well. might be worth a try.
Also the "billybasic" method Plenetx is talking about too............
stick em both on top of each other then use layer mask to blend the two together might be a bit difficult to do but depends on the images, wold probably be easier if you grayscale them both making the backgrounds easier to blend
