pas pumps are a common fault on the valvers, bit of a b**ch to do around 3 hours if you know what you are doing(PM me for info).;)

when i 1st bought my valver it used to screeech! so the garage advised me to use some power steering fluid & conditioner which stops leaks and squeals , i poured a bit of that in and it stopped straight away !

Bleed the air out the system by turning lock to lock a few times.

Common thing is for PAS fluid to seep from the small pressure relief hole in the top of the cap. Due to excess fluid or air.

Noisy pumps are commonplace.

Yep do it in the wet or on some grass or sheet metal to reduce the strain on it! OD it about 10x lock to lock!
