FAO FRED DYNAMIQUE

Just thought. I have a 99 Clio Mk2 and yours is a Mk3. You say 60mm is fine on 60mm but that may just be for the Mk3?? Do Mk2+3 have the same arches?

cheers

Identical from 1998 on as far as i know, i did have a mk2 shape 1.4 8V (year 2000) RIP (rolled it!!! oooops!!)

Gaz2130 used to have a 1999 (i think) 1.2 8V lowered 60mm on 17s and he had no problems

Theyre wrong, i can come round and show you my car!!!!! (it occasionally catches at the front, BUT only on full lock)

BUT you must have the correct offset which is ET37

Well Ive got offset 37 and mine scuffs at the back when i go over hills with any passengers/ICE! but mines a Mk2 (98-01 shape) like the monks. Mine rubs on the inside if the arch, so Im gonna get spacers I think. Wheels could do with istting further out anyway.

Full ICE and one passenger front and back (not heavy guys) and I get a lot of rubbing. But it dissapears if Ive got the system on!!! lol. Are you sure youre not just drowning out the scrubbing with your loud subs and such Fred ( if I cant hear it, it aint rubbin)!?? ;)

no, it doesnt scrub even with with 4people in the back + me and passenger in front + false floor + sub + all my college junk (i tried the four people thing in a car park before i get told off by anyone!!!)
