I paid in full for my insurance in august!

Why have I not recieved my insurance certificate yet!

Anyone else had this problem. I have mods on my car that I have declared, but have had no confirmation from greenlight.

I got my tax online, but have had temporary certificates too.

I have been ringing every week or so, when i have spare time.

Sounds odd mate, I'm with them and got my certificate fine, is it with Highway through Greenlight, can you not try them?? How do you get your tax on-line, I've got my V11 but it says nothing about it? Could well do without having to go to the post office!!

when i was with green light, my certificate turned up 3 weeks before the policy was due to end, all they will say is they are waiting for it from the underwriters.

exactly what i have been told, If its not here by the end of the week , I am cancelling the policy, because as far as I concerned it hasnt started if i havent had my certificate.

when your tax renewal comes through the post there are details of how to renew online/
