ok ok Im here! Ive been a bit quiet lately cos Ive got a lot going on at the moment, moving house, finding another job in a new area, living in Suffolk during the week and Essex at the weekend. Then on top of that I got my Clio back from BB after fixing a couple of weak points of the car as it originally was - gearbox, fuel pump, injector wiring and radiator - and the next day had to drop it in at the body shop for a load of work that Id been meaning to do for ages. As is usually the case with bodyshops, things take longer to get right than you ever expect and at the moment its up on the lifters with the boot smoothed off and rebuilt in metal at the bottom, locks and badges all gone and welded over and smoothed, new skirts, spoiler, wings, bumper about to go on and front and rear quad lights and DTM mirrors need colour coding in the new colour, Subaru WR Blue Mica. Itll be a beautiful job but it all takes time unfortunately.

At the moment it looks like Im gonna miss Donny South as well so the first show of the year for me will be Trax. As soon as I get it back from all the body work all I have to do is get another 300 miles on the new paddle clutch then I can quarter mile it which I will do the first weekend I get. And just before that itll need a bit of shakedown testing at BB to make sure its all running properly now after all the new mods.

And one last thing, for Jamie - the wifes nabbed the Autoglym stuff for herself, but she left the polish - you can have that for nothing the next time I see you mate!
