Theres plenty of people under 20 nowadays with silly cars! Im sure some 19 year old will post up in a min.

Well i have a 1.8 8v RSi, god knows how i afford the insurence, but i know atleast 2 other people my ages who have faster cars, im 19 btw.

Im sure there are a fair few 172 owners at 19

Doesnt mean they are quicker though! I had a nice run in with a mk1 172 the other day and held my own!

Yeah im 19 and had my valver for a year and a half. Had it from when i just turned 18. Since then ive added a few engine mods too!

Theres a lad on here whos 18 with a cup, im sure of it.

Im lucky with insurance as its through my dads company. I pay £850 fully comp.

My dad did buy my first car but i sold that and bought my valver and did a few mods with the money left over. All mods are payed for me as are servicing costs and tyres ect.

Should my car brake down my old man helps out though. I try and pay as much as i can and dont get me wrong im no spoiled rat. He just likes to help.

I paid for my car myself, and the insurence, i owe my mum a load of money for it but i ahve borrowed it not been given it, and i only borrowed the money to sort the f**ked up gear box that decided to die just after i brought it

iv had a handfull of fast cars from being 17 to 19

when i think back to what its cost me its not worth it and theirs more to life



hence why im selling my 172, im 19 now and paying 2k insurance is daft, im just after something nice and cheap to run and insure!

Thats exactly what im doing...

Keeping the 182 till mid next year, then going for some kind of jeep/land rover...

wont need to park over 2 spaces, wont need to wash it...wont have the need to drive fast...

Im 20 with a Williams. Though Insurance is £1500, 3rd P/F/T. And thats only for 10 months(Elephant) Wish i was a girl sometimes when it comes to insurance!!
