Faulty Temp Gauge

I know a few people have had this problem where the temp gauge drops and then goes up but never pass half way and all depending on how much you horse it.... etc.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knew of a fix or where the temp gauge is situated.

Might just get a replacement from ECP and fix it myself.... i try avoid renault as much as possible.

I've had my temp sensor changed, but the temp gauge needle still drops a bar when the revs drop below 4,000 rpm.

Dan 172 had his thermostat changed a couple of weeks ago, and that seems to have sorted his out.

id try a sensor first. its on the thermostat housing on the gearbox end of the cylinder head.
