faulty temp reading

can someone tell me why my 172 cup thinks its in the med everyday is it the sensor or a common fault? cheers

It's probably the sensor iether faulty or broken, you can get it replaced at a cost of course.

Give the nipple thing under the passenger side mirror a wipe over & see if that sorts it.

^ yeah what cat said - give it a wipe and see how you go - thats all mine needed when it showed 55 degrees lol
