is any one on here running ferodo ds2500 pads on there car .

if so how do you find them from cold and do they make much nose .

They squeek a bit and there not stunning from cold but you can easily live with them its nothing bad.

Loads of people seem to use them on here and like them . I don't as i'm still on standard pads . From what i've read they can tend to squeal more than standard pads .

I can get the wheels to lock up no problem on a perfectly dry day. I think that the standard pads squeal more than these do , I just dont notice it that much anymore.

i am not shore weather to go for friction 97 or ferodo ds2500 thanks for telling me about yozzasport i was already go wing to order them from Fred and yoz there both sound blokes and there only 15 minutes from you house .

Ds2500's are fine PF 97 arn't meeded for most people on track you have to be truly dedicated to need them. Plus many people have complained the PF have damaged the paint on there wheels and paintwork before now if they don't wash there car a lot.

I have the pf pads, and don't clean my car anywhere near as much as I should, and my wheels are shagged. The brake dust is a b**ch to get off. They do squeal, although now not as much as when I 1st got them, and they're not the best from cold. Unless you plan to do a few track days, I wouldn't bother with them. A bit much for normal road use.

You don't go fast enough to need PF97 so go for the DS2500 or EBC green.
