hi coulpe of questions
replacing inlet manifold etc so im gona do a home service while im here!

can yas recommend-
good spark plugs
good engine oil and roughly how much

would i be better of with a reanult oil filter or go down the aftermarket route .i.e k&n or similar?

Changed my spark plugs today standard for 172 are NGK PFR6E-10. Oil I'd get Motul or Silkolene have a look here http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx if your a ClioSport member you can get a discount. Use a Renault filter and a new sump plug washer.
