I drove one of those on the A1 once. Being blown and sucked by lorries as they overtake isn't as much fun as it sounds!

I commuted from Winchester to Newbury in one for over a year. Many a sales rep was startled by a tiny little red car overtaking them verrrrrry sloooowly. The uphill bits of the A34 were a challenge though

We had one as a courtesy car when I was at Ellani.

I remember one customer who brought his X5 back for warranty work announced “you’re lying to me Dan and I don’t appreciate it. This is neither a courtesy or indeed a car!”

I don’t know what you mean. Sturdy little things. The panel with the fuel filler in it would certainly never flex when you put the nozzle from the pump in the filler.

Can't beat a cheekycunto for laughs though. Or maybe that's just cos @Djw Dave had one at 17 with a centre exit cherry bomb, 2 12s and no head gasket. Thing got given death everywhere.
