How many god dam filters does a man need?
im in the middle of kitting out my clio - for the first time may i add. Anyway im confused to how many levels of filters there are. im setting up some components that ideally needs to be set with a HPF.
1. I have a Pioneer 6400R HU - which i believe has its own HPF for the front preouts.
2. From the HU the preouts then connect to my Apline MF200 amp. Which again is set with a HPF
3. from the Apline amp the signal is this sent to my MOMO Polk crossovers - which again are set with a HPF.
Are all these filters necessary? by the time the source has been read from the cd - the signal is going to be processed more times then.. i dont know what.
