Finally!!...Justice Has Been Done!....Can Anyone Remember When This Happened?!

I attended court all day today to give evidence about the incident that happened to me last summer.

Most of you will probably remember from the old forum that i was the victim of an act of criminal damage. I guy who i had not seen for about 2 years, who i was never friends with in the first place sees my car and thinks he'll have a pop. As i drove past him to get away after he threatened my verbally, he launched at my car and booted all my quarter panel in.

End result...

£1158.90 inc VAT for the damage + the ball-ache of having my car fucked with.

Anyway, it would seem for once, justice has been done...

He was found guilty after pleading not-guilty, resulting in him paying me for the damage in full plus he was fined £200.
If he slips up in any way in the next 12 months, he will be seeing prison walls.

Like i said, i'm really chuffed with the result. And i finally got the car how i wanted after all this time....

So there's my happy ending.

Mate I remember seeing you post these pics when it happened! Not long after this someone did it to my first car when I was letting this boy across the road and he came running towards me, the kicked my door and rear 1/4. I know the pain you went through some people are sick in the head!!!! But luckily for me police were by and saw it all happen, hes still paying me 80 a month. I didnt have to even go to court as the police was my witness etc.....

lucky escape rich. i wish that had happened to me, he had three witnesses saying he argued with me...but didn't kick the car. the magistrates saw straight through all three.
