Been a lot happening in the last few weeks in terms of me and my car(s). As most of you will know I had a 1.6 16v RSi, which I loved to pieces and had done quite a lot to. Well I picked up a new interior for it from good old ebay

And a random one from distance..
Not content with that I decided to refurb my wheels on my day off as they were a bit of a mess, I thought I would do anthracite as I've been wanting them anthracite for ageeesss.

At this point I felt my car was pretty much finished, only needing a few bits and bobs here and there, so I hatched a master plan. My gf could sell her car (Saxo WestCoast), she could have mine so I don't have to sell it, and I would look for a 172. So the hunt began...
It had to be Monaco and had to be in good nick, whilst staying within my budget. After a while of looking I came across exactly what I was looking for.... It was at a garage not too far away, 1 lady owner from new, 48000 miles, totally standard and immaculate, came with 12 months MOT and a warranty from the garage.

So went and viewed it, test drove and I couldn't wait for it to be mine, arranged insurance and drove it away, I now officially own a RenaultSport
Slightly gutted about not having the RSi anymore but thats why I gave it to my gf, still get to see it and mess around with it, never want her to sell it though, if she ever does I'll buy it back
Got them home and swapped the wheels over, which I thought would be great, but since putting the OZ's on the 172 I don't know if I like them anymore, so they will be going up for sale/swap.
