Anyone else using this?

Noticeable speed increase over 3.03!!

Very good so far and no problems, i recommend you use mozbackup first though to save all your settings and bookmarks before installing 3.1 just incase

Oh before installing run the acid3 test on your browser

Then after installing 3.1 beta run it again to see the difference

They've gotten rid of the new tab button from the toolbar which is very annoying.

Do you mean the open a new tab button? If so it hasnt gone its moved to the right hand side of the screen ( + )

Yeah i don't want it there though and it's not movable. I'm used to it next to my address bar. Now i keep opening history when i want a new tab. Grr.

Why don't you just "click" your mouse scroll wheel to open a new tab ?

Sometimes a blank tab is required.

Sounds like i'm whining now, but it's just an unnecessary change they've made really. They should be fixing things like enabling images to be dragged into PS.

I don't keep the home button on my toolbar, LOL.

Suppose i'll have to get used to it.


It does seem to make CS go faster though or maybe that's Daz i'm thinking of :rasp:

erm...for new tabs, why not just use:

ctrl + T

It's almost as good as Safari.......
