First photos with my new lens

Bought a sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 Macro DG lens and it arrived today.

It was chucking it down, foggy as hell andno sun at alll.... but i still wanted to go out! It did clear up slightly...

Can't wait for a brighter day to really test it!

Theres a range of focal lengths there just to see how clear the actual image would be! Im pretty happy so far!

Looks like its working.

That boat is pretty mental, the bridge is 8-9 floors about deck!
Is that noise on the front of the boat or just the paint?

I thought it was noise, but when you drive past the boat the paints as rough as a badgers arse so.. I'll have to try again with something ... newer!

I realised today!!

Just got back from sheilds. Been on the HMS Ark Royal taking photos today.. brilliant ship to walk round!

I've got some cracking shots using the macro feature!! I'll post up in a few hours... i've got over 350 to process lol.
