fiting coilovers need help

hi im in the midle of fiting my coilovers but cant get the top mount of how do i do it need help asap

Well, allen key in the middle, and cranked ring spanner, BUT you made need an airgun to shock them off!

soak the top mount in WD40 or/and heat up the nut with a heat gun to help it come loose.

Take it down to quik fit or similar and get them to loosen it off. Usually do it for free.
