fitting apex springs

right i have a set of apex springs 40mm for my clio 182 cup pack do i need anything else like spacers and has any body got a guide on how to fit them

Nah, u dont need spacers mate. U dont even need spring compressors on the RS models. Do a search and theres a pretty in depth guide on there... I did complete car in couple of hours and i'm mechanic. Best of luck mate
