My understanding is: lock the cams at both ends, undo tensioners and pulleys, belt off, rocker cover off, cams out, new cams in with lube and refit everything properly?

read the procedure, there's some more to it to get it right

the most important thing is adjusting the timing
other things are tighting the bolts
but if you want to make it properly you must know the torque values of each bolt
