How do you change the door handles on a mk one clio

unclip the bar undo two screws

Is that from inside I take it, IE door skin off.

Is the new one fiddly to fit - is it difficult to re-connect to the bar?

Yes, need to take the inner door pannel off.

Can be a little tricky to re-connect the bar. Have to get your hand up in the small gap and work around a bit. Remeber how it looks like b4 u take it off tho. Refer to a Haynes aswell if u want

Piece of piss, do you mean the exterior handle ? If so two bolts on the inside of the car the unclip the rod pull the plastic clip out of the handle and pull off the car

Yeah the outside ones, I got some coloured ones to put on. Just cant be arsed to rip all the door skins off then hope the clips dont all break in the process!

If the sun stays out till the weekend I might attempt it.

you need the interior door panels off and then as craig says.
