Fitting new bonnet

Will be fitting a new bonnet to my mk2 ph2 Clio, also fitting new hinges. Anyone got any hints, tips, guide?

Looks like I will have to remove the plastic sides to get at the hinges. Anything else I should note...

bolt the hinges down where they were before

check before dropping it down that it aint gonna catch the wings and that the catch lines up

Is it best to bolt the hinges first to the bonnet or first to the car?

hinges to car. then bolt the bonnet to the hinges, 2 man job though

yea done loads, tbh just common sense as i say, will be trial and error alligning it all up properly, might take a while messing about to get it right
