Fitting new lowering springs

  Fabia VRS Special Ed
I've recently bought some Apex lowering springs for my 1.2 clio, I've looked at a tutorial on how to fit them and I have a rough idea of what to do, not 100% sure tho...Anybody that can come and give me a hand in the NW area?

the rears are easy if you hav x2 jack stands, just jack up both sides then whak your stands under
next un bolt the bottom of the shocks the the rear axle will drop and the old springs will just drop out,
pop the new springs in and bolt the shocks back on, job done

the fronts on the other hand im no expert on as some ppl say you dont always need spring clamps be wen eva ive had my clios done spring clamps have always been used.

this is about a far as my knowlege goes, thats y i had my 172 lowered on 40mm drop apex springs fitted at a garage today lol
