Fitting the cams; problem with bolt on top/end of cam

We're in the progress of fitting the new cams, only one problem has come up. The bolt at the end of one of the old cams has to come out to put on the new cam; it's stuck in there pretty good; we ca'nt get it out !!

Any ideas how to remove it , or just order a new bolt ? I actually would have thought that Colombo&Bariani should have send these with the cams (?)

the stud in the exhaust cam is help in with threadlock. a little heat and it will wind out fairly easily. New studs are available from renault. No cams come with the stud that i know of
