Flashing Emissions Light

Car has just started doing this, flashing emissions light, lumpy idle and severe smell of sulphur coming from the car.
The cars a 1.6 and was recently in at Renault and had a Gold service basically filters, oil and spark plugs.

Any idea's what it could be, HT leads, coilpack, poorly gapped spark plugs, lambda sensor?

Lumpy idle, emissions light, over-fuelling smell
I'd be very surprised if it wasn't fixed by changing the upstream lambda.

That would be the one pre cat then yes? Any visual signs I could look at to confirm this or is it just a hope and pray job?

Any chance of it just being an HT lead or coil pack at all, or are these symptoms def lambda sensor?

You need to get the fault read from the ECU.

I'd rather just change the lambda sensor tbh, cheaper than a vist to a garage.

Lambda Probe from GSF is code R93000, is this the one pre or post cat?
