Flashing "oil" on odometer

  Clio 182
Hi first post here! Purchased a Clio 182 a couple months back, had some power loss issues when accelerating which I've fixed with a lambda sensor. However I now have "oil" coming up on the digital mileage screen when I turn th engine on, bear in mind I've just had a new oil change with the clutch replacement. Dip stick indicates oil level below normal range, is the dip stick always reliable for 182s? And shouldn't the oil light come on instead of an oil message on the odometer?
I have attached a video. Also engine light is on as previous owner removed the evap sensor.

Dipstick and sensor are usually reliable, if its under minimum on oil the bars flash. Absolutelty top it up if dipstick is under min.
That might extinguish the serv light too as that comes on when oil level sensor registers low.

Oil light is for low pressure only, if that comes on then its usually engine rebuild

Great I'll give it a top up 👍 I just wonder how it lost so how much oil, I looked underneath looks very oily everywhere but isn't this normal for 182s? Especially under the sump box which just had a new gasket replaced.

Lots of oil underneath does not sound good, they can leak a bit but should not be excessive. Who done the work?

Extremely good local garage no problem with them. Attached some photos and a vid you can't see the oil that well on the pics but it's there for sure. Doesn't look too bad tbh.

Looks quite wet to be fair, id clean it up and go from there. Wonder if its crank seal leaking or main cap, its quite often misdiagnosed. Also sump can crack if bolts torqued up too much.
