I have a flocked dash. I've butchered said dash and got fibreglass and resin over some of it.

​if I wanted to get it redone, would they go over the flock that's already there, or would the strip the lot and start again?

I'd assume you could just get the area done but then the finished look at the edes might not be the best,
personally i'd speak to a flocking company and explain to them, they can point you in the right direction.
