Flooded car, removing damp smell from carpets?

My car flooded a couple of weeks ago and I can't shift the damp smell. It was mainly the carpets under the front seats that got wet, they're now dry however I can't shift the damp smell!

Any ideas?

I've got some chemical guys odour eater stuff, but I can't find it online !

Also strip everything and make sure it's properly dry before you spray it.

Thanks I'll give it a go, it's totally dry now an even have the windows left open all day at work. Hopefully this will do the job

Have you had the carpets out?! The NVH material underneath stays wet for ever otherwise.

Not had any carpets out, is it a hard job to remove it?

Proper Carpet cleaner will get rid of it.
