Fog Light Acess

How easy is it to access the back of the fog light with out taking the bumper off??

is it possible, if so how

Possible I reckon with small screwdriver or whatever they're in by, mine on the car look like - shaped screws, but others I've are the typical renault torx style screws.

Ofcourse, if you run arch liners with the scuttle style panel under the sides of the bumper you won't be able to get to them.
