I have an 04 clio and i know it says there 01-03 but is there a difference??

Should do, afaik all mk2ph2 are the same. If in doubt check which bulb you have then just buy the same type? Your gnna have to get under there and take them out when you get your new ones anyway so might as well do it before you buy them so you can guarantee you get the right set!
