Folder syncronisation

  ValverInBits
I was wondering if there is a way that I can have my USB pen synchronised with a folder on my PC and also a folder on a laptop.

I'd want it to update whichever files were older in either location.

Can XP do this without extra software?

been looking at breifcase in XP, but it's not ideal.

Although it updates from USB stick to PC well, it Involves copying every file to the USB stick every time you want to walk away with it by the looks of things.

Think I'll have to keep using my batch file auto-backup.
I spose I could always write a batch file that compares files on USB and PC and copies the newer to both locations? That's a tough bit of DOS to write tho.
