no as the 172 cups dont have a spare wheel , actually the 182's dont either

Nope. if it has one it has to be leagel. if the tyre is worn take it out before you go.

My Cup did have a spare turini.

If you have an illegal tyre as a spare you can get points and a fine, for just having it in the boot.

k cause i took mine out and cant be bothered to take out my install to put it back in

if its in the boot then it has to be fit to go on in an emergency ie legal tread and inflated.

if it aint legal take it out
