Where's best to purchase them from?

Engine dynamics are a pretty safe bet mate.

I normally get mine through mike at MWM but I dont think he does mail order for the general public TBH.

Low comp but not on a Clio motor. 8.5:1.

Ah what motor is it then, as I was answering the question in the context of a clio engine, for other engines I would use different suppliers TBH.
