I actually like the mod cases. I usually go for the mod case that costs 50000 credits. I like it how its giving you another thing to aim for during races. Some good money to be made from them to.

Yep I have, Iegit fell asleep about an hour into the Le Man's one too and ended up having to restart it another day lol.

The Sebring 1 was the toughest enduro for sure. I did it on the hardest difficulty and wasn't actually winning until 50% the way through. I did the Spa enduro on extra long to which wasn't too bad.

I would have to say that Horizon 3 is a lot more fun. Given the choice it would be horizon 3 every time. Forza 7 is really good though and well worth getting if you are in to proper non arcade racing games.

Ive been looking at the xbox deals and a few come with Horizon3 with the Hot Wheels add on.

Hard to say right now imo. Fm4 or Fm6 are probably the best but Fm7 definitely has potential to become the best. Either way it's still a pretty good game and the single player is probably the best imo. As mentioned there's Horizon too but depends what you are into, no reason you can't have both though lol. Some of the deals around on the non X are pretty damn good too atm.

I don’t really get all these off-roaders in forza 7. Surely they should be concentrating on race cars & stuff more suited to track?

As said above I can understand it in Horizon but not motorsport.

Really can't get into the 'career' mode thing... forza cup is it? I just sesh the single race or drifting online.

I do have horizon 3 as an ESD but I'm yet to install/download, worth it?

On the plus side though Leagues are out now with Hypercars and Hot Hatch Icons. Civic pretty much dominated the hot hatch lobby but Hypercars is pretty good.

I must say its a great game however the I don't like the Forza Cup as much as I like the way Horizon 3 is set up. Saying that I took a couple of shots the other day..

So I've had a good go on the leagues so far. The hot hatch icons should just be called the civic lobby.. Lonely Beemer.

Been having some success in the Hypercar lobby though..

I don't get leagues at the moment, the point system is stupid. You get penalised for setting a good 'clean' laptime and starting near the front of the grid for the next race - as the corner cutters / extenders who may beat you from behind means you get docked points for falling back a place or two on your starting position.

I'm not the greatest at the game, but I'm not the worst either (FM6, I was in the middle tier for leagues and was able to hold my own with the odd victory), but in this game I'm on nil points as most races I'm getting negative points for driving clean laps. I can't bring myself to cut or extend corners like a lot of players - I'd rather not bother playing the game.

Yeah you could always quit the lobby after each race but it's a faff. The progression of points is a bit stupid you should get extra points for starting on pole, setting clean laps and finishing first but at the minute you pretty much get penalised for all those unless you start far back on the grid like the first race after joining or if you purposely set a dirty lap beforehand.

I was pinnacle in Fm6 but the lobbies were dead there so I didn't really touch it after a while as it was boring. Hopefully they update the system soon I was in a lobby last night and one guy was setting top leaderboard times and dominating the whole time and I don't think he barely leveled up.

I really like the leagues, though didn't get to try the hypercar events. Its definitely in your interest to either keep jumping lobbies or doing dirty laps to ensure you get a bad starting grid place.

Also, I've not experienced it before but there was a few occasions last night where i was at the point of "loading in cars" and then the race starts without me. That and some people were getting massive headstarts. Almost like the race started before everyone had loaded in and those lucky to be in were miles ahead of everyone else before the loaded in and started.

Does anyone still play this game? Massive update this month, new track limits and drift update including a full leader board wipe so any times set before the 8th have gone.

Penalties will be coming in a later update so hopefully the track cutters and rammers are going to start getting punished, which took long enough.

Few months away until Horizon 4 too which looks pretty good now.
