Free online storage?

Got a new ISP and getting comflicting info on whether I have access to free webspace with them.

I'm assuming I don't so, can anyone recommend any? I don't want to host a site or anything, just a few files now and again. Mainly images. Photobucket is pissing me off.

My only requirement is that it has to have FTP access.

Have you got an (old?) spare machine at home? Just set your router up for some port forwarding to it & stick a minimal linux distro on it....

I'd rather do it that way and have complete control over access & the amount of storage I can have!

nope, no spare machines at the moment I'm afraid. Don't need to go to that much trouble anyway for the odd picture i want to upload
