from from a pc to a mac

im getting a macbook this week and i have a external hard drive for my pc laptop, ive got all my itunes file on my external usb hd.

Can i plug my external hd to my macbook and transfer the files to the itunes on the mac?

Should be able to - most apple macs have at least some PC compatability nowadays. Would be interested to hear how you get on - gotta say I'm getting slowly converted to the Ibook way of things.... Might be my next big purchase.

This shouldn't be a problem, I did the same with my iMac last year.
