Front and back tyres

Is it wise to have two different tyres makes front and back, i currently have GSD3's on the back (2month old) and want to put pe2's on the front - do you think i will have any problems?

I currently run gsd 2's on the front and PE2's on the rear of my cup, grip wise, there is no problem...
I don't believe its too musch of an issue, as long as you dont mix and match across the car, ie gsd2 with pe2 on the fronts etc...
