Front and rear speakers.

Im looking for some brand new front and rear speakers for when i get my car.
Is it the 13cm ones i need? (the round ones)

Any can anybody recommend any decent ones.

I'm going to get the phoenix gold speakers on caraudiosecurity for the front of my car at some point in the near future.

I'm amping the front speakers (components rather than coaxials), and keeping the standard rear speakers connected to the HU.

And a big yes to amping them too, awesome improvement depending on amp used (only need to amp the front)

So what speakers and amp would you use?
And why only amp the front?

You only need to amp the front, rear will run off the HU. Even standard rear speakers are fine for providing rear-fill

What you select depends on what speakers you choose & your budget

Amp your fronts and run standard speakers of the Head unit in the back. Do not waste your money on rear speakers, Put this towards some decent componants and an amp for your fronts.

I personally dont run any think in the rear, Although I', sending 150wrms to my comps (or will be) so dont need any rear fill in such a small car

Tigger used to have focals iirc in the last car

Theres plenty of good speakers go for Boston, Focal,Diamond Audio , DLS, Infinity etc

yeah i was thinking infinity, what kinda price range should i go for?

sometimes its cheaper to buy a set of front back and components?

my mate had fusion, but that tends to get slatted on here!
