Front ARB Diameter

Can anyone confirm the size of ARB bushes I need? inners have the option of 25mm or 23mm and outers of 23mm or 22mm, Is it simply cup and trophys need the larger ones and non cup 172/182 need the smaller ones ? or do I need to measure?
