Front bumper removal guide request

Hey all, I seen on a thread somewhere that someone had a front bumper removal guide for a mk2 ph2 and now I cant find the thread. I would appreciate this guide as I'm going to give the angel eyes another go tomorrow after the complications the last time I tried.

If anyone can email me the guide, or just post it below, I would appreciate that alot.
