Front fog lamps

Can someone tell me how to remove the plastic trims/surrounds from the front fog lamps.
I want to respray them but don’t want to break them during removal.

Take the bumper off and unscrew them from the rear, or become a masking tape ace.

They're not screwed on , they just clip on .
