front fogs question

im in need of a front fog light for my 53 plate cup and was looking on ebay at them and notice there aint no plastic case with em...
silly question but is that how they come with no surround and how easy are they to fit

the surround is part of the bumper.Fitting is easy there is two torx screws you need to undo and unclip the wire you will see where the screw holes are when you get the new one you might need to undo the splash shield aswell to gain acsess.
