Front Grille Intake

Hi Guys,
Has anybody got a front air intake like aaronc's pictured below? Hope you don't mind me using your pic aaron...

If so does anybody know how you create the hole in the grill or whether you can buy the grille with the hole pre-cut???

Is the plastic brittle or does it cut nicely? Last thing I want is to be driving round for a week with no grille!!!
