Front headlamps repair

I have 2 sets of front headlamps, one set the internals are fine but the external brackets are broken , the other set Intenal brackets are broken external brackets are ok. Can they be fully stripped down to make one good set ?

You can bake them in the oven for about 15 mins and split them. It's not an easy job though and getting them back together righ isn't easy. Then the adjusters in the good one will probably break anyway. I'd only do that if the insides need cleaning up at all. If you just need to swap the broken adjusters just buy some off ebay and follow the guide on here to swap them over.
