Front light works then doesn't

My front driver's side light wasn't working when I put the dipped headlights on so I changed both the bulbs in the 2 front lights to high performance bulbs that I had.

They were both working fine straight after this on sidelights and dipped headlights....but when I was washing the car on Friday I noticed the driver's side front light wasn't working when I had the sidelights on. Then next time I checked that night it was working. Is this a faulty fuse?
