it means that when its sprayed the color being sprayed onto the new wing is flicked onto the ajaccent panels to ensure a perfect colour match as your eyes can tell the difference if its two different colors next to eachother but if the are mixed then you cant tell them apart, they dont ussually do the bonnet for a wing tho because of the cost and because the light hits the metallic at a different angle so you wouldnt be able to tell the difference between the wing and bonnet but most body shops would definatly blend the color into the door.
its pretty easy mate you need a set of spanners, sockets and torx drivers and you have to undo the front bumper on that corner to get to the screws that are under there then its simply take bolts out take wing off then offer the new wing on and put a few bolts in to keep it in place the check you gaps down the door and bonnet and ajust if needed then when you get it right tighten them up and stick the rest of the bolts and screws in the fit the bumper back up and hey presto.
