Fronts to Backs (Brakes)

My back brakes are starting to get rusty and my pads are very low and will need replacing before my MOT in 2 months. Can I, easily, swap the backs to the fronts and get some uprated brakes for the front, or are they different?

Are you asking to change the front disks to the back?

Impossible mate, taker closer look at them, for a start there different size and rears are solid and the fronts are vented.

Basicaly they are complety different, no chance!!!!!
